Reverend Kimberly Elliot
M.Div, M.A. Pastor, Fairfax Community Church
Rev. Kimberly Elliot is an ordained Presbyterian minister and Spiritual Director, who has served six churches in the Bay Area before coming to FCC. Pastor Kimberly believes all spiritual paths lead to and from the same Source and her practice includes honoring indigenous wisdom and Celtic spirituality, sensing the Spirit of the Divine in all aspects of nature. Restoring the balance of the Sacred Feminine within spirituality is one of her passions. She is enthusiastic about researching the texts that were left out of the canonical Bible, such as the Gospel of Mary Magdalene, and in so doing, to reconnect Christianity to its authentic roots, which include the deep shamanic wisdom of Yeshua (the Hebrew name for Jesus). Kimberly received her Masters of Divinity from San Francisco Theological Seminary and her M.A. from Holy Names College in Oakland, working with Matthew Fox in his Creation Spirituality Program. Creation Spirituality honors the original blessedness of all beings and listens for the voice of divine presence found in nature. She is also a musician, djembae drummer and dancer, who is active in the InterPlay community and loves to use the arts in ministry. She has been a member of a Kabbalah Mystery School since 2001. She loves the color purple.
Kimberly offers one-on-one spiritual coaching/spiritual direction sessions in person or via zoom. More information can be found on her website www.DeepeningDivineConnection.com
